"Idemitsu Smart OC" is a technology that allows for easy on-site diagnosis of the degradation and contamination state of lubricants using a smartphone and a photographic module. By simply photographing the lubricant placed in the module with a smartphone, a dedicated app performs analysis based on lubricant analysis data, calculating the remaining lifespan percentage and the quantity and size of contaminants. This enables the determination of the appropriate timing for lubricant replacement based on numerical data, contributing to the stable operation of machinery and equipment.
